JYB-S two-speed transport winch is a patented product independently
developed and designed by our company. The patent number is
ZL201721592933.X. Two - speed transport winch is divided into full
hydraulic type and semi - hydraulic type. The two-speed transport winch
is suitable for pulling car and other auxiliary transport in roadway
with dip Angle less than 30°, but not suitable for lifting.
The
two-speed transport winch consists of a motor, a planetary differential,
a fast and slow speed variable speed brake, a drum, a final planetary
transmission device, a working brake, a safety brake, a depth indicator,
a base, a hydraulic station and an electronic control system.

The winch can achieve two speed changes to meet the requirements of
speed and torque of different materials and different roadway
conditions.
② Fast and slow speed regulating gate for the use of
spring pressure normally open structure type of hydraulic gate, through
the operation of manual reversing valve and proportional pressure
regulating valve control, easy to operate and labor saving, greatly
reduce the labor intensity of workers.
(3) The safety brake is a
normally closed hydraulic brake with spring pressure. The brake is
normally open when working normally. If abnormal conditions occur, the
electromagnetic reversing valve can be controlled by the operation of
the control button to realize rapid emergency braking, which is safe and
reliable.
(4) The working brake is a normally closed hydraulic brake
with spring pressure. The brake can be realized and released by
manipulating the proportional pressure regulating valve during normal
operation.

Leaky communication system
The
winch is equipped with a leakage mobile communication system, which can
realize the functions of hitting, calling, emergency stop and locking.
The system has strong anti-interference ability, the whole network call
clear, reliable quality, a variety of valid documents complete. Leakage
communication system equipment mainly includes: communication/signal
base station, base power supply, leakage cable, handheld, terminal
junction box, etc. The leakage communication is connected with the
special electronic control system of the winch, which can realize the
function of the leakage communication device to stop the main engine of
the winch, and improve the safety of the winch operation.
Special electric control device for winch
The
electric control part has parameter display and monitoring, relative
running distance, display of the running position of the tractor,
dynamic digital display of the distance from the tractor to the main
motor, (up, down, stop, reset, etc.) operation status display, and
control system parameters (voltage, current, frequency, working time,
current time, etc.) display. The electric control part has conventional
protection (overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit,
overload, short phase overheating, etc.), special protection (over
winding, over discharge, overspeed, underspeed, functional element
overheating, etc.), and fault memory functions. The special electric
control device for the winch is equipped with a voice, sound, and light
alarm device for mining, which can achieve the warning of "driving, no
pedestrians" along the roadway when the winch is running, improving the
safety of the winch operation.
