The system is equipped with endless rope winch, tensioning device, shuttle car, tail wheel, rope wheel, rope support wheel, etc. Among them, the motor power of the endless rope winch is divided into 55KW, 75KW, 90KW, 132KW. The winch speed change adopts the friction wheel clutch mode, manual close machine operation, speed change operation is convenient and flexible. The shuttle car is equipped with an anti-sports car device, and the tensioning device can choose the rear weight tensioning or hydraulic tensioning according to the condition of the underground machine room. The system directly uses the existing underground track system, which can realize the direct transportation of fixed distance without transfer. JWB type endless rope winch is mainly composed of endless rope winch, tensioning device, shuttle car, tail wheel, rope press wheel and rope support wheel, etc., through the wire rope combination into a complete set of transport system.
The winch is the power source of the whole system. It is a double-wheel spiral winding friction drum. The output shaft of the motor directly drives the often meshing planetary differential.
The friction between the wire rope and the roller is used to transfer heavy objects.
The winch is mainly composed of the following six parts:
Base:
It is welded into a whole by the profile, on which the motor, planetary differential, friction wheel variable speed clutch brake, double friction roller and normally closed hydraulic safety brake and other components can be installed, and the winch is fixed with the foundation through the anchor bolt.
Motor:
Explosion-proof motor is adopted, and the output shaft of the motor is made of involute spline, and the straight-connected constant meshing planetary differential is adopted.
Planetary differential:
Through a double inner gear ring, the gear ring is installed with a two-stage planetary gear system, through two sets of block brake and friction wheel clutch mode to change speed. One set of friction wheel is connected with the first stage planetary wheel frame by splines, and the other set of friction wheel is connected with the double inner gear ring by two flat keys. When the motor starts with no load, the two brakes are all open, the planetary differential is idling, and the double friction drum is not rotating. When the load is loaded, the two brakes can be used interactively to form a slow speed, fast speed, and finally drive the double friction roller through the final planetary gear train.
Speed control brake:
Is two sets of manual block brake, through the interactive use of two brake brake, the winch in the case of zero speed, slow speed, fast conversion. The brake support and winch base are connected by bolts, and the installation holes are arranged symmetrically, which can meet the layout requirements of different roadways for winch.
Drum part:
The roller part is composed of two double cone friction wheels, the inner sleeve of the ring cylinder and the final drive sun wheel. The double cone friction wheel is connected with the inner sleeve of the ring cylinder by the key, convenient disassembly and assembly. Reliable transmission: the final drive sun wheel is connected with the secondary planetary differential and the final planetary differential to play the role of transmission connection.
Final transmission device:
The final transmission device is composed of an inner gear ring, a final planetary differential device, a safety brake and a final transmission device supporting frame.
