Winch main engine
The winch is the power source of the whole system and has a variety of structural forms. According to the speed regulation mode is divided into mechanical speed regulation; Frequency conversion speed regulation, according to the friction wheel divided into parabola and rope groove type two structures. Parabolic friction wheel has one wheel and two wheels. The winch is mainly composed of base, reducer, roller part, coupling, electro-hydraulic brake, manual brake and other components. Rope diameter ratio of driving drum is more than 50 times, in line with MT/T998-2006 standard requirements.
tensioning gear
It can absorb the elongated part of the wire rope system due to elastic deformation. At the same time, it can provide tension for the winch and ensure that the wire rope has a stable positive pressure on the line lining of the coil drum. The tensioning device is composed of heavy weight tensioning and hydraulic tensioning. Due to the restricted height of roadway, it is not suitable to use heavy weight tensioning, hydraulic tensioning device can be equipped, which can be arranged in the head or the tail of the machine. The tensioning device is equipped with tensioning force reduction protection device, which meets the requirements of Coal Mine Safety Regulations. The tensioning device is divided into three rounds and five rounds, which are selected according to the slope size and roadway length.
shuttle car
The shuttle car is used to connect the mine car, flat car, material car and other cars, and has the function of broken rope protection and fixed, storage rope function. The front and back ends are contacts, which connect the train. Shuttle car mainly consists of the following parts: frame, storage rope drum, wheel assembly, etc. Shuttle car has 600mm and 900mm rail distance two specifications, divided into the following types: normal light shuttle car, heavy shuttle car, hydraulic brake shuttle car and so on.

Used to change the direction of the wire rope, to guide the rope to change the role.

The tail wheel or return rope station is fixed in the terminal of the distance, supporting the reaction of the whole system, the steel wire rope can also play a fixed role, and with the advance of the working face, can be conveniently moved to achieve the change of the distance. When transporting the support, the tailwheel must be fixed with cement foundation. In other cases, the tailwheel can be fixed with anchor rod or other methods. Leakage communication and electronic control protection system

voice communication and other functions, and the electric control switch
of the endless rope winch to achieve automatic control of the winch.
The
variable frequency control system can realize the start-stop control,
positive and negative operation control, acceleration and deceleration
speed control, manual and automatic operation control of the winch. To
realize the brake start-stop and start-stop control; All controls are
integrated on the same operating platform. The operating platform is
equipped with 10.4 "color LCD screen to display the operating state and
fault state of the system, mainly including current and voltage display,
speed display and shuttle car running position display. The monitoring
screen has the roadway diagram (with special section marks such as slope
change points, forks, bends, etc.). The system has the function of
real-time detection and control for the winch with the endless rope. Run
once automatically reset zero, eliminate accumulated error, and can be
